CDR Superhero Dash: 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run is back Saturday, August, 10, 2024 – Sign up!

Come join the fun! The CDR Superhero Dash event will be held at it’s usual spot, in the beautiful Vineyards at Jockey’s Neck.

The order of events is:

  • The Super Duper Trike Trek is at 7:45 am
  • The 5K begins at 8:00 am
  • Family Run/Walk will begin at 8:30 am

They can’t wait to see all you runners, walkers and kids!

Children registered by August 5 will receive a T-shirt. Register by CLICKING HERE, online registration closes on Thursday, August 8. You can still register on Saturday morning, registration opens at 7:00 AM and closes at 8:00 AM.

Location: The Vineyards at Jockey’s Neck, 2659 Jockey’s Neck Trail, Williamsburg, VA 23185
Date & Time: The 5K begins at 8:00 am and the Family Walk/Run will begin at 8:30 am.
PACKET PICK-UP: IS FRIDAY, AUG. 9 at CDR, 150 POINT O’WOODS ROAD, WILLIAMSBURG, FROM 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. 

Can you dress up? Yes! It is encouraged! Can you walk, run or jog – yes, yes, yes. Can kids participate? Yes! Come join a “Super” morning of racing and family fun. The 5K run/walk can be competitive or casual. The “Super Duper Trike Trek” featuring ten brave riders racing tricycles is back!  Race medals will be awarded in age group categories for Runners and Walkers. Register by CLICKING HERE.

Please leave bikes, scooters, wheelies, roller skates etc. at home as they will not be allowed on the course.

The event includes children’s activities, food and snacks, music and lots of fun!

CDR Superhero Dash and 5K and Family Challenge is a major fundraiser for CDR and the children they serve. Please consider starting a fundraiser to make your participation have an even greater impact.
