Camp Piankatank offer Summer Overnight Camps and Day Camps
Camp Piankatank is a Christian summer camp and retreat center nestled along the scenic Piankatank River in Hartfield, VA. Offering a supportive and inspiring space where campers can grow in faith, confidence, and character while making unforgettable memories. Through fun outdoor adventures and engaging activities, programs promote personal growth, teamwork, and leadership.
The mission is to shape passionate followers of Christ by fostering meaningful relationships and providing life-changing experiences. At Camp Piankatank, campers are encouraged to strengthen their faith, form lasting friendships, and explore their God-given purpose.
Overnight Camp
Traditional overnight weeks of camp are Sunday-Friday, for ages 8-17 from June 15th-August 1st. Campers will experience many adventures like our pool, rock wall, v-swing, archery, canoeing, zip line, camp-wide games and more. One of the big highlights of these weeks is for campers to canoe to an island and camp out one night. More information on Overnight Camps.
Day Camp
Day campers, ages 6 -10, have an opportunity to swim each day, experience some exciting activities, participate in an age-appropriate Bible Study, and so much more. Some of the activities offered are the climbing wall, canoeing and exploring the island, v-swing, and lots of fun games. More information on Day Camps.
NEW Parent-Child Camp
This year Camp Piankatank is offering a unique experience designed for parents and their children (ages 6–16) to spend quality time together while strengthening their bond and growing in faith. Enjoy special one-on-one moments through fun activities like campfires, rock wall climbing, archery, canoeing to our island, and laughing together at camp skit night.
Families will also share meaningful times of worship and devotion. Lodging is in gender-specific shared cabins, with a camp counselor available overnight for children attending with a parent of the opposite gender. More information on Parent-Child Camp.
