To Have Butterflies, Make Butterflies. On Saturday, March 15, the Williamsburg Botanical Garden is sponsoring a talk on how to attract birds and butterflies to the home garden. Helen Hamilton will provide handouts of recommended plants and colorful photos of birds and butterflies in local gardens will be shown.
Held at the Freedom Park Interpretive Center at 10:00, the talk is part of the Garden’s monthly “Learn and Grow” Educational Series. Contact helen48@cox.net or 757 564 4494 for information. The program is open to the public, with a requested donation of $5.
