Busch Gardens New: Chaperone Policy for Guests 15 years and younger

Busch Gardens Williamsburg places the utmost importance on the safety of its guests and team members. In line with this commitment, the park is introducing a chaperone policy for Howl-O-Scream, effective Friday, September 20, and continuing through November 3, 2024. This policy applies to all ticket holders and Members.

Starting on September 20, all guests aged 15 and under must be accompanied by a chaperone who is at least 21 years old when visiting the park after 4:00 PM on Howl-O-Scream event nights. The chaperone must enter the park with their group, remain onsite throughout the visit, and be reachable by phone. Each chaperone can supervise up to 10 guests. Visitors aged 15 or younger who are unaccompanied by a chaperone or whose chaperone is not in the park will be subject to ejection without a refund.

Guests 16 years or older must present a valid government-issued ID prior to park entry.

This policy is subject to change. For additional information, please visit the park’s official website. https://bit.ly/3XxSu2g
