Community Alliance for the Performing Arts: “Boys in the Arts Scholarship”

Scholarship Applications now being accepted for Boys Ages 12-16 to study Acting, Singing & Dance

 

The Community Alliance for the Performing Arts announces that applications for the “Boys in The Arts Scholarship” are available as of June 1, 2016. The purpose of the scholarship is to provide talented boys who have professional career aspirations in the performing arts, with the opportunity to train an artistic and technical based programs, specifically in the Musical Theater Division (acting, singing & movement, jazz & tap, body conditioning) and/or the Classical Ballet Division (ballet technique, partnering, modern/contemporary, body conditioning). This opportunity is made possible through a partnership with the Eastern Virginia School for the Performing Arts, in Williamsburg.  The Scholarship will be for the September 2016 – June 2017 academic year. Scholarships are valued up to $3,000.
