Winter Tree Care workshop- Botanical Garden Educational Series – Jan. 16, 2016
MAKING THE RIGHT CUT! – On Saturday, January 16th, Master Gardeners will conduct a workshop to provide instruction on early winter tree care. The focus will be both the basics of pruning trees and shrubs as well as the proper use of pruning tools. The demonstration will be held at the Freedom Park Interpretive Center, beginning at 10:00 A.M. and is open to the public. This event is part of the Learn and Grow Educational Series sponsored by the Williamsburg Botanical Garden. The program is free. However, a donation of $5 to support the Williamsburg Botanical Garden at Freedom Park would be appreciated.
