At Mothering Circle, pregnant women, mothers, and birth professionals gather to exchange advice and support on mothering. This month, we have a special guest and will focus on the topic of breastfeeding. Are you a pregnant woman planning to breastfeed? A new mother needing breastfeeding help and advice? A mama of an older baby wanting to know about weaning or extended breastfeeding? At Birth Circle, pregnant women, mothers, and birth professionals gather to share birth stories and exchange advice and support on pregnancy, birth, and the early postpartum period. Nursing babies & babes-in-arms welcome; please leave mobile babies at home with a caregiver. You can also try on a baby carrier from our demonstration library (which includes a Moby Wrap, Boba Wrap, Baby K’Tan, Maya Ring Sling, and ZoloWear Ring Sling, all perfect for newborns) before (6:00-6:30pm) or after (8:30-8:45) the meeting, if you’d like!
