Interested in trying Crossfit……Love to drink Virginia Beer Company beer? Join Jamestown Crossfit for a great workout at The Virginia Beer Co. on Saturday, July 9th at 9:30am! The workout is open to all fitness levels – previous crossfit experience is NOT required! The cost is $15 – includes one beer and a portion of the tickets sales from the workout will be donated to CDR.

Additionally, The Virginia Beer Company will donate a percentage of the sales of one of their delicious beers on July 9th to CDR! So stick around after the workout or join us later for great VBC beer and great food from Sofrito food truck!

Please help us by registering for the workout in advance using the ticket link. We will accept payment for the workout on July 9th beginning at 9am. CASH payment is preferred.
