We all love our Williamsburg Regional Library locations and the great events they put on, and all books to check out…but did you know about their online programs? Streaming and downloading music, streaming videos, online kids book, online learning resources, learning a new language APPs , and audio and ebooks? It is all available to you at the links below. So grab your library card (you will need the number on the back to access most of these programs) and get ready to enjoy the library even more!
1. e-books FREE from wrl.org
Search the library catalog and check out the book as an ebook – read on your kindle or your phone – you don’t have to leave the house! There are so many books on this link – for adults, teens, tweens and kids! Here’s how ebooks at the WRL work.

Stream movies through Williamsburg Regional Library on their new streaming platform – it is free! All library card holders can stream up to four movies per month from a collection of over 30,000 documentaries and classic and foreign films. Here’s how kanopy at the WRL works.
3. freegal movies APP
With the Freegal Movies and TV app for iOS or Android mobile devices adult cardholders can stream three films or TV episodes per week. Here’s how freegal movies at the WRL works.
4. Bookflix
Have your kids tried Bookflix – Check out this fun, interactive resource for children that builds a love of reading and learning through Scholastic Books – it’s free through Williamsburg Regional Library. Here’s how bookflix at the WRL works.

Freegal Music Library – Have a dance party with up to three hours of streaming music every day and download three songs per week from the Sony catalog at FREEGAL (through the WRL). Here’s how freegal music at the WRL works
6. Mango APP
With the Mango Languages app for iOS or Android mobile devices you can learn a language on the go. Mango offers courses in 44 languages from German, Spanish, and French to Chinese, Arabic, and Farsi as well as English as a Second Language courses for 15 non-English languages. Once you have set up your account to use the library’s online magazine collection, you can use the RBDigital app for iOS or Android mobile devices to read digital magazines from the WRL collection.
